Tuesday  ~9am to 12pm EST & 10pm to 2am EST (Wed)
Wednesday ~ 9am to 12pm EST & 10pm to 2am EST (Thur)
Thursday ~  10pm to 2am EST (Fri)
Friday ~ 9am to 12pm EST & 10pm to 7am EST (Sat)
Saturday ~ 10pm to 7am EST (Sun)
Sunday ~  This will change from week to week so please ask me!
